APOSTILA DE LA HAGA
După apostilarea sau vizarea documentului
original prin instituţia competentă, pentru
recunoaşterea acestuia este nevoie de
traducere în limba ţării de destinaţie de
către un traducator autorizat de Ministerul
Justiţiei, în traducere fiind necesar să apară
şi textul Apostilei sau vizării, urmând ca
semnătura traducătorului să fie legalizată
de către un notar public, iar la final,
traducerea legalizată să fie apostilată sau
supralegalizată prin Camera Notarilor
Publici și, după caz, se supralegalizată prin
Ministerul Afacerilor Externe și secția
consulară a statului respectiv în România.

Serviciul de verificare / corectare a
traducerii este inclus in preţul de
autorizarea/ legalizarea acesteia. În regim
normal, o traducere legalizată se predă în
termen de 1 zi lucrătoare, iar în urgenţă
predarea se poate face şi în aceeaşi zi (în
funcţie de volumul de lucru şi de
disponibilitatea traducătorilor nostri
colaboratori la momentul respectiv.

Nach der Apostille oder der Bestätigung
des Originaldokuments durch die
zuständige Institution ist es für die
Anerkennung erforderlich, dass ein vom
Justizministerium autorisierter Übersetzer
in die Sprache des Ziellandes übersetzt. In
der Übersetzung muss der Text der
Apostille erscheinen von einem Notar, und
am Ende wird die legalisierte Übersetzung
von der Notarkammer als Apostille oder
Superlegalisiert und gegebenenfalls vom
Außenministerium und der konsularischen
Abteilung des jeweiligen Staates in
Rumänien superlegalisiert.
Wichtig: Der Kunde übernimmt die
Verantwortung für den Inhalt und die
Richtigkeit des Textes in den bei unserem
Büro eingereichten Dokumenten. Wir
bieten legalisierte Übersetzungen in 36
Fremdsprachen zu akzeptablen Preisen.
Der Übersetzungsprüfungs- /
Korrekturdienst ist im Preis seiner
Autorisierung / Legalisierung enthalten.
Normalerweise wird eine legalisierte
Übersetzung innerhalb eines Arbeitstages
geliefert, und die Lieferung kann dringend
am selben Tag erfolgen (abhängig von der
Arbeitsbelastung und der Verfügbarkeit
unserer mitarbeitenden Übersetzer zu
diesem Zeitpunkt.
