LEGALIZARI NOTARIALE Copia legalizată este una dintre procedurile notariale solicitată relativ des notarului public, si care prezintă de cele mai multe ori un interes real pentru cetățean. Oare cine nu a avut nevoie vreodată de o copie legalizată? Pentru a putea face o copie legalizată, adică o copie conformă cu originalul, este necesar ca solicitantul să prezinte notarului public înscrisul original. Acesta trebuie să nu prezinte corecturi, ștersături, adăugiri, cuvinte tăiate sau alte particularități. S-ar putea admite totuși modificări pe actul care urmează a fi legalizat, dar numai cu condiția ca acestea să fie confirmate, prin semnătură şi sigiliu, de autoritatea care le-a întocmit. Actele de identitate sau titlurile de călătorie pot fi legalizate, fiind necesar a se preciza scopul în care urmează să fie folosite. Documentul în copie legalizată nu are o perioadă de valabilitate. Excepție fac doar copiile legalizate ale documentelor aflate în arhivele notariatelor, care au o valabilitate de 6 luni. Se pot elibera copii legalizate de pe actele aflate în arhiva biroului notarial numai la cererea părților, succesorilor sau reprezentanților acestora, dar şi a celor care pot arată un drept sau un interes legitim. Hotărârile judecătoreşti nu se pot legaliza la notarSe pot elibera copii legalizate atât de pe documente în limba română, cât şi de pe documente întocmite într-o altă limba decât cea română, cu condiția ca un traducător autorizat să efectueze traducerea înscrisului, traducere ce rămâne în arhiva notarului public care face legalizarea, iar copia legalizată urmează a fi semnată atât de notar, cât şi de traducător. The document in legalized copy does not have a validity period. The only exceptions are the legalized copies of the documents in the archives of the notaries, which are valid for 6 months. Legalized copies can be issued from the documents in the archives of the notary office only at the request of the parties, their successors or their representatives, but also of those who can show a right or a legitimate interest. Judgments cannot be legalized at a notary. Legalized copies can be issued both on documents in Romanian and on documents drawn up in a language other than Romanian, provided that an authorized translator performs the translation of the document, a translation that remains in the archive of the notary public who makes the legalization, and the legalized copy is to be signed by both the notary and the translator. NOTARIELLE BEGLAUBIGUNGEN Die legalisierte Kopie ist eines der notariell vom Notar angeforderten notariellen Verfahren, das für den Bürger häufig ein echtes Interesse darstellt. Wer hat noch nie eine legalisierte Kopie benötigt? Um eine legalisierte Kopie anfertigen zu können, dh eine Kopie, die dem Original entspricht, muss der Antragsteller das Originaldokument dem Notar vorlegen. Es darf keine Korrekturen, Löschungen, Ergänzungen, Schnittwörter oder andere Besonderheiten enthalten. Änderungen des zu legalisierenden Dokuments können jedoch akzeptiert werden, jedoch nur unter der Bedingung, dass sie von der Behörde, die sie erstellt hat, durch Unterschrift und Siegel bestätigt werden. Die einzigen Ausnahmen sind die legalisierten Kopien der Dokumente in den Archiven der Notare, die 6 Monate gültig sind. Legalisierte Kopien können aus den Dokumenten in den Archiven des Notars nur auf Antrag der Parteien, ihrer Nachfolger oder ihrer Vertreter, aber auch derjenigen, die ein Recht oder ein berechtigtes Interesse nachweisen können, ausgestellt werden. Urteile können bei einem Notar nicht legalisiert werden. Legalisierte Kopien können sowohl für Dokumente auf Rumänisch als auch für Dokumente ausgestellt werden, die in einer anderen Sprache als Rumänisch verfasst wurden, vorausgesetzt, ein autorisierter Übersetzer führt die Übersetzung des Dokuments durch, eine Übersetzung, die in verbleibt Das Archiv des Notars, der die Legalisierung vornimmt, und die legalisierte Kopie sind sowohl vom Notar als auch vom Übersetzer zu unterzeichnen.
